1 patient in oxygen support at SMCH on Tuesday

Feb. 15: There has been a gradual decline in the number of daily positive cases in Cachar district. The last 24 hours (5 PM on 14 February to 5 PM on 15 February) did not witness the death of any Covid-19 positive patient at Silchar Medical College & Hospital (SMCH). This was informed by Dr Bhaskar Gupta, Vice Principal of SMCH on Tuesday evening.

Dr Bhaskar Gupta, Vice Principal of SMCH informed that till 5 PM on 15 February, there was 01 Covid-19 active patient at Silchar Medical College who was put on oxygen support. In the last 24 hours, no Covid positive patients were admitted at SMCH and none were discharged. No patient was detected positive in RAT & RT-PCR at SMCH on Tuesday.
