1 each found Covid+ve in Karimganj & Hailakandi on Saturday

Feb. 12: On Saturday, Hailakandi registered only 01 new COVID-19 case. The district has altogether has 11 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 563 RAT tests and 55 RT-PCR tests were done. 08 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 9,268 (1st, 2nd & 3rd wave).

As of now, a total of 5,728 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 01 person was found positive in Hailakandi on Friday. Till date, 55 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.  A total of 1,172 persons were vaccinated on Saturday.

Karimganj registered 01 fresh COVID case on Saturday. The district has currently 23 active COVID cases, while no patients were discharged on Saturday. 527 swab samples were collected during the day. It needs mention here that 02 persons were detected positive in Karimganj on Friday.
