Bigyan Bharati’s presence in Summer Camp indicates saffronisation of Assam University

সরকারি অর্থে সঙ্ঘায়ন চলেছে আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ে। সেমিনারে গৌরীশঙ্কর চক্রবর্তী, সুনীল দেওধরদের ডাকার পরে এ বার স্বচ্ছ ভারত সামার ক্যাম্পের সমাপ্তি অনুষ্ঠানে সোজাসুজিই আরএসএস-বিজেপির গুণকীর্তন চলল। মাস ব্যাপী ক্যাম্প ছিল ছাত্রছাত্রীদের। সোমবার ছিল  সমাপ্তি অনুষ্ঠান। সহায়তায় বিজ্ঞান ভারতী। এরই সভাপতি ড. পরিমল ভট্টাচার্য বলেন, বিজ্ঞান হলো বিশেষ জ্ঞান। এই বিশেষ জ্ঞানের চর্চা মূলত আরএসএস-ই এতকাল টিঁকিয়ে রেখেছে। প্রধান অতিথি পরিমল শুক্লবৈদ্য বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় পড়ুয়াদের ভারতীয় শিক্ষায় শিক্ষিত হওয়ার পরামর্শ দেন। তাঁর দাবি, তাহলে কেউ দুর্নীতিগ্রস্ত হতে পারবে না। দুর্নীতি দূর করা না গেলে যে কোনওভাবেই স্বচ্ছ ভারত আশা করা যায় না, গুরুত্বের সঙ্গে উল্লেখ করেন তিনি।

স্বচ্ছতা প্রসঙ্গে পরিমলবাবুর বক্তব্য, আগে মায়েরা গোবর ছিটিয়ে ঘর ঝাড়ু দিয়ে তার পরেই রান্নাঘরে যেতেন। এখন অনেকে ঝাড়ু ধরতেই জানেন না। তবে নতুন করে ঝাড়ু ধরা শিখিয়েছেন প্রধানমন্ত্রী নরেন্দ্র মোদি।

ভারত সরকারের স্বচ্ছ ভারত মিশনের পক্ষে ডি এস সাইনি সমাপ্তি অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত শিক্ষক-ছাত্রদের হাত ধোয়ার কৌশল শেখান। নোডাল অফিসার পার্থঙ্কর চৌধুরীও অনুষ্ঠানে বক্তব্য রাখেন। পৌরোহিত্য করেন ভারপ্রাপ্ত উপাচার্য আরআর ধামালা। রেজিস্ট্রার সঞ্জীব ভট্টাচার্যও অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত ছিলেন।

At the expense of the state exchequer, RSSisation is going on in full swing in Assam University. After inviting Gauri Shankar Chakraborty, Sunil Deodhar in seminars, this time it was directly proclaiming the praises of RSS in the valedictory programme of Swachha Bharat Summer Internship Programme. It was a month long summer camp for the students of the varsity which came to an end on last Monday.

The banner displayed in the stage clearly proclaims that “Valedictory Programme of Swachh Bharat Summer Internship 2018, Organised by Assam University, Silchar in collaboration with Vijnana Bharati NE Prant.” Speaking during the occasion, Parimal Bhattacharjee, President of Vijnana Bharati NE Prant said that science is a special branch of knowledge and it is RSS which has kept alive this special branch of knowledge. While addressing the students as the chief guest of the occasion, Parimal Bhattacharjee urged upon the students to educate them in Indian traditional education. He claimed that acquisition of traditional Indian knowledge will help in uprooting corruption from the society. He emphasized that unless and until corruption is rooted out, Swachh Bharat cannot be achieved.

Regarding “Swachhata” cleanliness, Parimal Bhattacharjee said that previously mothers used to enter the kitchen only after scouring the house by sprinkling cow dung and sweeping. But now many people do not know how to hold a broom. He mentioned that it was Narendra Modi, the Prime Minister of India who has taught the people in a new way how to hold a broom.

Representing the Swachha Bharat Mission of the Indian Government, D.S. Saini taught the techniques of washing the hands. Parthankar Choudhury, the nodal officer of this camp also spoke during the occasion. The valedictory session was presided over by Vice Chancellor in-charge Prof. R.R. Dhamela. Dr. Sanjib Bhattacharjee, Registrar of the university was also present during the occasion.
