Niramaya celebrating “Yoga Chetana Mohotsav” at AUS NSS Camp

Way2barak, April 21: The “Yoga Chetana Mahotsav” is being organized by Niramay Yoga Shiksha Sansthan in Silchar to mark the 11th International Yoga Day. As part of the program, a special NSS camp is being held at Assam University, where yoga practices are being conducted. The program will continue until April 23.

As a part of the programme a workshop is being conducted for NSS volunteers at Chatla Bairagitila (Cachar, Assam) led by Niramaya. Additionally, age-specific yoga practices are being taught to primary and school-level students.

Dr. M. Gangabhushan, NSS Program Coordinator of Assam University, is overseeing the entire event. Ratul Chakraborty and Shubhankar Saha are serving as resource persons for Niramaya. The “Yoga Chetana Mahotsav” began on March 8 and will continue until June 21. During this period, Niramaya Yoga Shiksha Sansthan has planned over 100 yoga-related programs.
