314 more patients discharged on Tuesday, recovery rate rises to 72% in Assam

June 30: On Tuesday, a total of 314 patients were discharged from hospitals across Assam after they tested negative. With this, a total of 5647 patients were cured and discharged in the state so far. As of now, 7835 persons were detected as coronavirus positive in Assam, out of which, 2173 are active cases. The death toll due to COVID-19 also went upto 12. Sharing this information, State Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted, “Glad that more patients have been discharged today in Assam, taking our recovery rate to 72 percent.”
