66 found Covid+ve in Hailakandi on Saturday

Jan. 15: On Saturday, Hailakandi registered 66 (65 RAT & 01 RT-PCR) new COVID-19 cases. The district has altogether has 467 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 664 RAT tests and 55 RT-PCR tests were done. 26 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 8,577 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,583 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 70 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Saturday. Till date, 51 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.  A total of 755 persons were vaccinated on Tuesday.
