YASE paid rich tribute to the brave martyrs of Pulwama

February 14: Nation remembers the Pulwama martyrs on 14 February when this gruesome terror attack was masterminded. Around 40 CRPF personnel attained martyrdom when their convoy was targeted by the suicide bomber of Pakistan-backed Jaish-e-Mohammad in Jammu & Kashmir’s Pulwama district on this day, last year.

At Silchar too various organisations paid homage to the Pulwama martyrs. Youths Against Social Evils (YASE) Central Committee too offered their rich tribute to the brave martyrs. The members of YASE gathered near the statue of Khudiram Bose in Silchar and lighted candles on Friday evening.

Speaking to way2barak, Sanjeev Roy, President of YASE Central Committee said, “It’s a tribute and homage to the brave martyrs of Pulwama who sacrificed their lives on 14 February, 2019 for the nation. We want to convey a message to the near and dear ones of the martyrs that the Nation is with them and will never forget the ultimate sacrifices of those brave sons of mother India.

Further, YASE also raised the demand that the central government should immediately implement all the promises made to the families of the martyrs a year back, without any further delay. This YASE believes will be a ‘real tribute to those brave souls.’
