Pijush Hazarika interacts with corona patients at Silchar SM Dev Civil Hospital

July 20: Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Pijush Hazarika during his visit in Cachar district, also went to SM Dev Civil Hospital, Silchar. He interacted with the patients admitted in the COVID Ward of the hospital on Monday evening. The minister was accompanied by MP Silchar Dr. Rajdeep Roy, Deputy Commissioner Keerthi Jalli, ADC (Health) Sumit Sattawan, MLA’s and other health officials.

He interacted with the officials and health functionaries and directed them to provide the best of medical care and treatment to the COVID-19 patients. Pijush Hazarika also interacted with the COVID-19 positive patients admitted at SM Civil Hospital, Silchar. He assured the patients that the best available services will be delivered by the health department and wished them all a speedy recovery. Earlier, the Minister also visited the Silchar Medical College & Hospital (SMCH and took stock of the situation there.
