Eminent gynecologist Dr. Arun Paul Choudhury suffers a heart attack

July 24: Eminent gynecologist Dr. Arun Paul Choudhury suffered a heart attack on Friday. As per sources, Dr Paul Choudhury was on his duty at Silchar Medical College & Hospital (SMCH) when the incident took place and was immediately admitted there. He was, however, brought back to his home later on. As per sources, in the absence of any eminent cardiologist at SMCH, he was referred for improved treatment outside the state.
