5 thieves arrested, 47 mobile phone recovered

way2barak, April 6: On night of 5th April 2026, based on a creadible information Cachar Police Team of Sadar Police Station raided and able to apprehended toral 5 nos of thieves namely,

  1.Arifuddin lasakr (35 yrs) S/o: Sahabuddin laskar Vill: madhurbad khalarpar part 10

2. Abdul basit (36yrs) S/o: lt. Mokobir Ali choudhary Vill: ghungur daspara

3. Rahul sarkar (25yrs) S/o Lt. Jaharlal sarkar Vill: meherpur botertal

4. Pradip das (27yrs) S/o parimal das Vill: shibbari road

5. Jaydeep Das (31yrs) S/o Jayanta das Vill: ghungur daspara All are ps: Silchar Dist.Cachar (Assam)

and able to recovered the below noted item from their possession. All the accused were arrested and take lawful action against them . During their statment it was found that all the accused were involved in various theft case occured in entire silchar town area. *Item recovered*
