Suspected Burmese supari in huge quantity seized from Kalain & Badarpur

Jan. 6: In a major blow, three fully loaded trucks of suspected ‘Burmese Supari’ were held at Kalain, along with 2 Supari dealers on Wednesday. Meanwhile on Thursday, 69 bags of suspected Burmese Supari recovered from 14619 Agartala Firozpur cantt train on Thursday evening. The train was kept detained at Badarpur station for more than an hour.
