Students if absent in half yearly exam will not be allowed to appear in HSLC: SEBA

Oct. 25: Board of Secondary Education (SEBA), Assam has issued a notification for online entry of marks of Internal Exams conducted by the schools/ District Level Internal Exam Committees. Presently for entry of marks secured by each students in the Half Yearly Examination of class X can be entered in the Portal. Link for the portal will available in the SEBA’s official website sebaonline.org.

Login User ID and Password for the Marks Entry Portal will be same as Class IX Registration portal as provided by SEBA earlier. Schools may contact the IS office if User ID or Password is lost. Detailed procedure for entry of marks student wise will be available in the Portal itself.

All the schools were asked to enter the marks accordingly. Secondly as per SEBA’s earlier circular, it was stated those students who will be found absent in the Half Yearly Examination will not be allowed to appear in HSLC/ AHM Examination, 2022.  The notification further stated that in case of failure on the part of a school to comply with the above provision, SEBA may initiate action including cancellation of affiliation of school, if required.
