Stay safe, observe 14 hours Janata Curfew on 22 March: MLA Dilip Paul

March 20: In the backdrop of Coronavirus threat, Silchar MLA Dilip Kumar Paul on Friday appealed to all to remain safe and protected.  Expressing his views, MLA Paul said that we should all follow the advisory given by Prime Miniter Narendra Modi and observe 14 hours “Janata Curfew ” on 22 March, Sunday.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Thursday made a fervent appeal to all Indians to stay indoors as much as possible to avoid getting infected by coronavirus, saying the world has never seen a danger as grave as this. He called for ‘Janata Curfew’ on 22 March, 2020 from 7 AM to 9 PM, saying no citizen, barring those in essential services, should get out of house.
