Spain win second World Cup in their history

way2barak, July 20: Spain have won the World Cup for the second time after Ferran Torres’ extra time goal gave them a 1-0 win over Lionel Messi’s Argentina in the final in New Jersey.

Luis De La Fuente’s team were deserved winners as they dominated Argentina from the first minute, limiting their opponents to two shots across 120 minutes of action.

Spain’s second World Cup triumph comes 16 years after they lifted the trophy for the first time in South Africa.
