way2barak, Nov 8: In a dazzling display of civic pride and electoral encouragement, the skies above Dholai lit up with 208 sky lanterns and balloons at B.N.M.P School field on Friday evening. The spectacle, a part of the Systematic Voters’ Education and Electoral Participation (SVEEP) program, aimed to spark enthusiasm among Dholai’s voters as they prepare for the crucial bye-election for the LA 11-Dholai (SC) Constituency on November 13, 2024.
