SBI donates 4 oxygen concentrators to District Health Society, Cachar

May 30: There are at present 3,434 active Covid-19 patients in Cachar district. Around 200 patients in various hospitals and Covid Care Centres are put under oxygen support. To overcome the crisis of oxygen, now-a-days oxygen concentrators are also used. Keeping this aspect in mind, State Bank of India (SBI) Regional Business Office on Sunday donated 04 oxygen concentrators to District Health Society, Cachar.

State Bank of India (SBI) Regional Business Office procured these oxygen concentrators as part of their Covid-19 relief activities for FY 2021-22. The oxygen concentrators were handed over by the SBI officials to Deputy Commissioner Keerthi Jalli in presence of Cachar District Joint Director of Health Services and Superintendent of SM Dev Civil Hospital, Silchar.
