Salary, pension of July to be disbursed from 1 August: Assam government

July 30: In relief to the employees & pensioners, the Finance Department, Government of Assam in an order on Wednesday directed the treasury officials to make necessary arrangements to pay the salaries and pensions for the month of July from 1 August. Keeping in mind the pandemic, there were some apprehension of deduction of salary. However, the order issued by the Finance department dispelled all such apprehensions. All employees and pensioners will be given full payment.
