Recovery rate in Assam rises to 71.2% with 245 more patients discharged in the state

June 29: Another 245 persons were recovered from various hospitals across Assam. A total of 5333 patients were discharged in Assam till now. As of now, 7492 patients were infected with coronavirus in the state, out of which, 2145 are active cases. Sharing this information, State Health Minister, Himanta Biswa Sarma in a tweet stated, “Glad to share that 245 more patients have been discharged today in Assam, taking our recovery rate to 71.2%. Kudos to health officials & doctors.”
