CM Assam flags off Guwahati-Naharlagun Shatabdi Exp & Naharlagun-New Tinsukia Vistadome Exp

Dec. 19: To boost connectivity & tourism in Assam & ArunachaI Pradesh, I flagged off Guwahati-Naharlagun Shatabdi Express & Naharlagun-New Tinsukia Vistadome Express along with extending existing Vistadome services till Badarpur on Sunday. Also present during the occasion were Union Minister of State for  Railway Darshana Jardosh.

Further, during the day, the Chief Minister also inaugurated a Handloom & Textile Centre & Outlet of Handloom & Textile Department at Guwahati Railway Station, which will enable passengers to explore & take home a piece of Assam’s heritage whenever they visit the station.
