CM Sonowal celebrates Magh Bihu at his home town, extend wishes to people of Assam

Jan. 14: Assam chief minister Sarbananda Sonowal on Thursday morning celebrated Magh Bihu in Dibrugarh. He lit the Meji, a thatch-and-bamboo structure which is consigned to flames early morning as per tradition. The Chief Minister also wished the people of the state on the occasion and wished that the fire of Meji destroys all evils and usher peace and prosperity in the lives of all.
