Instead of 19 Aug, Assam Govt declares half holiday on account of Muharram on 20 Aug

Aug. 18: The Assam Government on the basis of the decision received from the State Hilal Committee has declared half holiday on 20 August, 2021 instead of 19 August on account of Muharram. This was stated in a notification issued by the Commissioner & Secretary to the Government of Assam on 18 August, 2021.
