Pijush Hazarika tests Covid positive

Jan. 7: Pijush Hazarika, Minister for Water Resources; Parliamentary Affairs; Information,Public Relations; Printing & Stationery; & Spokesperson, Government of Assam was detected as Covid positive on Thursday. He is learnt to exhibit mild symptoms. The minister is at present in home isolation. Taking to his twitter handle on Friday, Pijush Hazaria urged upon those who came in contact with him to get tested.

The minister tweeted, “Yesterday I tested COVID positive . I have mild symptoms and I am in Home Isolation, following all COVID protocols and guidelines. Those who came in contact with me are requested to take necessary action accordingly.”
