Home guards of Barak valley called for interview in Cachar

Dec. 16: Home guard volunteers of Cachar, Karimganj and Hailakandi District who had already submitted their willingness forms in response to the advertisement communicated through an official letter dated 3 November, 2020 and ex-home guard volunteers who had already submitted their willingness forms in the prescribed format and opted to continue as Home Guards have been called to appear along with their original documents like Home guards basic training certificate,pan card ,aadhar card (optional), age proof certificate, address certificate, caste certificate and qualification certificate before the board.

Issuing a letter in to this effect on Monday, District Commandant Home Guards & Member Secretary, Physical Fitness Board stated that the home guard volunteers and Ex home guards volunteers of Karimganj and Hailakandi District will have to appear before Board between 8 am to 4 pm on 21 December, 2020 at DTC home guards, Dayapur, Udharbond, Cachar and home guards volunteers and ex home guards volunteers of Cachar will have to appear before the board on 22 December, 2020 between 8 am to 4 pm at the same venue as mentioned here.

It further stated that the volunteers who have not received the assessment serial number should contact the office of the District Commandant , home guards, Cachar and respective wing Home guards of Karimganj and Hailakandi District.

While sharing his message , District Commandant Home guards, Cachar, Partha Sarathi Deb said, ” The District Commandant home guards Cachar and urban wing home guards office will not be responsible for any delay or failed to apply option forms. Any kind of corruption related while taking bribe during the process of interview will not be excused or any kind of agent or related person of this department is found guilty will be punished under criminal offence or which may lead to departmental proceeding”. “No TA ,DA or accommodation will be provided to ex home guards volunteers who will appear before the board” he added.
