None found Covid positive in Hailakandi on Tuesday

Oct. 19: Hailakandi is gradually inching towards a Covid free district. On Tuesday, Hailakandi registered no new COVID-19 cases. The district has altogether 09 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 443 RAT tests and 59 RT-PCR tests were done. No patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 7,903 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,471 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 02 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Monday. Till date, 51 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.  A total of 1,422 persons were vaccinated on Monday.
