More Congress leaders will join BJP very soon, asserts Himanta Biswa Sarma

Oct. 10: After the expulsion of Lakhipur MLA Rajdeep Goala from the Congress, BJP heavyweight leader, Himanta Biswa Sarma asserted that more Congress leaders would soon join the Bharatiya Janata Party before the forthcoming assembly elections. While talking to the media, the minister said that MLA Rajdeep Goala will soon join the BJP. “All those who love the country will definitely join BJP before the polls,” said Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma. Though former MLA Dr. Rumi Nath too was expelled from the Congress, yet the minister did not speak anything about her joining the saffron brigade.
