Assam Rifles assists local populace in Dima Hasao by constructing toilet block & garbage tank

way2barak, Nov.16: Srikona Battalion of 21 Sector Assam Rifles under the aegis of Inspector General Assam Rifles (East) assisted locals of remotely located village Jenamghat in Dima Hasao District of Assam by inaugurating and handing over the toilet block, garbage tank which is constructed under project of Assam Rifles Civic Action Programm on 15 Nov 22.

This project undertaken by Assam Rifles will not only reduce the hardship of the locals but also promotes the vision of ‘Swach Bharat’. The project was inaugurated and handed over in presence of locals and village head. The initiative taken by Assam Rifles wass highly appreciated by the beneficiaries.
