Jookto to organise live ‘adda’ with leading ladies of North East on 7 June

Connecting people, connecting minds....

June 6: Jookto will come up with a Facebook Live ‘adda’ on 7 June, 2020 at 7 PM with a few ladies from the North East region who are leading in their profession across the nation. The ‘adda’ will be available live in www.facebook.com/jooktoindia. Jookto, a social-cultural organisation promoted by well-known Cyber expert and the Ex- Country Head of General Dynamics Subimal Bhattacharjee.

The ‘adda’ is an initiative to motivate young minds to pick up from their success stories and their way through the path which made their journey enriching. The session will be conducted in an easy flowing ‘adda’ style in English and Bengali.

The panelists include Dr Suchanda Bhattacharjee, Associate Professor of Neurosurgery at NIMS Hyderabad who is well known globally as a pediatric neurosurgeon. She is the first female neurosurgeon from North East India. Along with her will be Nandita Bhattacharjee, who is working as a Scientist with Defence Research Development Organisation (DRDO). Nivedita Bhattacharjee who is an Indian Revenue Service 2015 batch officer also joins as her elder sister who is a gynaecologist and has set up her nursing home in rural Patna and support the ladies there.

The two Delhi based ladies Dr Joyeeta Bhattacharjee who is a foreign policy expert on India’s neighbourhood policy and a Senior Fellow with Observer Research Foundation and Madhumita Bhattacharjee who is an advocate on record in Supreme Court in India and an expert on arbitration matters will also join the ‘adda.’ All of them usually remain very busy in their professional lives. But on 7 June, they all will join online in Jookto’s official Facebook page for a live session.

The live discussion would be moderated by Rajroopa Bhattacharjee, based in Puducherry and is a technical writer for many IT companies and can speak and write in 8 languages including 5 foreign tongues. Jookto plans to organise a monthly ‘adda’ online on various issues and aspects trying to connect people and areas that remain relevant to a healthy interaction.
