Suklabaidya laid foundation stone of 2 projects at BNMP School, Dholai
Minister praises PM Modi's competent leadership amidst corona scare
June 4: Amidst the COVID-19 scare, the priority on development schemes and projects has not gone haywire. Assam Fisheries, Excise, Forest and Environment Minister Parimal Suklabaidya is taking significant steps to boost up and grow the educational infrastructure of Dholai constituency.
Under District Mineral Foundation Trust (DMFT), for the first time in Dholai constituency of Cachar district, two projects have been started. On Wednesday Parimal Suklabaidya, Minister Of Fisheries,Excise, Forest & Environment laid the foundation stone of the two such projects, construction of a girls’ common room for BNMP School in Dholai (amount Rs. 16 lakhs) and construction of additional classroom for Noba Kumar High School at Mahadebpur Dholai (estimated amount Rs. 10 lakhs) in the presence of Keerthi Jalli, Deputy Commissioner, Cachar, Divisional Forest Officer Sunny Deo Choudhary, District Agricultural Officer, Silchar L.I.Singh, ZPC member Shashanka Paul, Bhusan Paul President of Dholai Gaon Panchayat among others.
At the foundation stone ceremony, Minister Suklabaidya said, “The fight against corona as well as development work has been made possible by the competent leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi”. He also added, “Development work with facilities is in parallel, which did not happen during the tenure of the previous government”. On the Same day, he also distributed two tractors and its accessories to beneficiaries under the Chief Minister’s Samagra Gramya Unnaya Yojana (CMSGUY) at Narsingpur Block of Cachar’s Dholai Constituency.
