HSLC exam of SEBA to start from 14 Feb, answer scripts to have bar code
February 13: High School Leaving Certificate (HSLC) examination and the High Madrassa examinations conducted by the Board of Secondary Education, Assam (SEBA) will start from 14 February, 2019. A total of 3,52, 143 candidates will appear in the exam from different centres in Assam.
For the first time, the bar code will be introduced in the answer sheets. The students are allowed to use only black pens while writing their papers. Flying squads will be deployed in the “sensitive” centres and CCTV cameras will be installed in all the centres. The HSLC examinations will conclude on March 6th, 2019 and will be held in as many as 857 centres.
SEBA is going to introduce question papers in braille for the visually impaired HSLC candidates. A total of 13 visually impaired candidates will appear for the HSLC examination this year.
