‘Titli’ an NGO of students donate food & clothes to the underprivileged on Mahalaya

On the occassion of Mahalaya, Team Tilti a student based NGO from Lakhipur Fulertal donated clothes and food items to more than 30 people. Team Titli has around 10 members led by Rajeshwari Paul who is a student of Social Work Department of Assam University. Out of their pocket money, they purchased the items and distributed them among the underprivileged section of the society.

Expressing her views, Rajeshwari said, “In our group, we are all students and mostly we are all cousins. On the occasion of Mahalaya, we thought of collecting whatever money we could and donate clothes to a few people in our locality. We thank all the members and advisers for guiding us. We shall continue doing such activities in future.”
