Daughter of Special DGP GP Singh cracks UPSC Civil Service Exam, achieves 97th Rank
Sept 25: Aishwarya Singh, daughter of Assam Special DGP GP Singh successfully cracked the Civil Service Examinations, 2020 conducted by Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and secured 97th rank. Taking to his twitter handle, GP Singh wrote, “Sharing a good news. My daughter Aishwarya has secured All India 97th Rank in the Civil Services Exam.”
Also, Ahmed Hassanuzaman Chowdhury from Lakhirband in Hailakandi district successfully cracked the Civil Service Examinations, 2020 and secured 283rd rank. He is an engineering graduate from Jamia Milia Islamia University in New Delhi. He is the son of retired CGM of AEGCL Jakir Ahmed Choudhury.

Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) declared the final results of Civil Services Examination, 2020 on Friday. A total number of 761 candidates have been recommended for appointment, according to an official press release. Out of 761 successful candidates, 545 are men and 261 women.
Subham Kumar, a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from IIT Bombay (who hails from Bihar) has topped the examination, while Jagriti Awasthi (from Bhopal) and Ankita Jain (from Agra) secured the second and third ranks respectively.
