Bharat Vikas Parishad, Dakshin Silchar organises health camp for flood victims with help from an NRI

July 16: Bharat Vikas Parishad, Dakshin Silchar organised a Health Camp in collaboration with Non-Resident Indians (NRI) from USA. The free Health Camp was organised on 16 July, 2022 at flood affected Chandrapur Village, Kathal Road, Silchar. Debashree Dutta, who resides in Atlanta, USA raised fund for humanitarian aid for the flood affected people of Silchar.

To extend help to the people of her native town, Ms. Dutta came to Silchar and distributed fund to various organisations. Bharat Vikas Parishad Dakshin Silchar responded to her call and immediately organised a Health camp at the Chandrapur village and other relief items will be distributed on 17 July at Bethukandi.

On behalf of the organisation Dr. Darsan Patoa and Dr. Debotosh Chakraborty extended their sincere thanks to Debashree Dutta and her brother Angsuman Dutta for their initiative towards the people of Silchar.
