Re-poll in 39 polling stations at Karimganj & 2 at Hailakandi

December 10: In a notification issued by Pradip Kumar Taluqdar, Deputy Commissioner Karimganj, re-polling will be held in 39 polling stations of Karimganj. The order issued by the Deputy Commissioner on Monday stated that on the direction of the Assam State Election Commission, re-polling will be held on 36 polling stations in Karimganj district where poll process was vitiated due to various reasons. The 39 polling centres where re-polling will be held are:

The re-poll in these 39 polling stations will be held on 11 December 2018 from 7 AM to 3 PM. It needs mention here that polling to these stations was held on 9 December.

In Hailakandi district, Deputy Commissioner Adil Khan notified that re-polling will be held in two rooms of one particular booth. As per a notification issued by the Deputy Commissioner, re-polling will be held in Room no 3 and 3 (A) of Duttapur L.P. School on 11 December.
