Not only girls, meritorious boys will also be given scooties, says CM Sonowal

Jan. 6: In what seems to be a good news for the boys is an assurance from Assam Chief Minister Sarbananda Sonowal. On the occasion of distribution of scooties in Majuli among the girl students, CM Sonowal said that his government was contemplating to provide scooties also to meritorious boys in the near future. These scooties are a mark of success achieved by the students, which will further inspire other students to excel in their studies,  added the chief minister.

CM Sonowal said, “In the future, we will also launch similar schemes of providing scooties to the boys who would perform well in academics. All of you, irrespective of boys or girls should study well and do good results. The state government will always be besides you and inspire you to do much better in the future. I urge the students fraternity to study hard, excel in their respective fields and contribute towards development of the nation.”
