Assam registers 2 more deaths due to COVID-19 on Friday, toll reaches 971

Nov. 20: On Friday, another two persons died in Assam due to COVID-19. With this, the death toll in the state has now reached 971. this was confirmed in a tweet by State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma. The two deceased were identified as:

• Darani Barman (80) of Nalbari
• Jamaluddin Ahmed (54) of Morigaon
