Pijush Hazarika to visit Silchar on Tuesday

August 25: On the eve of “Lockdown”, Minister of State for Health & Family Welfare, Pijush Hazarika is supposed to visit Silchar. As per reports, Hazarika will attend a review meeting at Silchar Medical College & Hospital (SMCH) on Tuesday evening. The rise in COVID-19 cases in the district and also an increase in the number of COVID deaths is likely to surface during the review meeting. He is also supposed to interact with the district administration.
