92 new cases reported from 7 districts in Assam, total rises to 2565

June 7: The COVID-19 count on Sunday began with 92 new cases in Assam. These 92 positive cases were reported from 7 districts of the state. With this, the state tally of COVID-19 has gone upto 2565, out of which, 1970 are active cases. Sharing this information, State Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma in a tweet gave the district-wise break-up:

• 39 Hojai
• 24 Dhubri
• 10 Nagaon
• 7 Golaghat
• 6 Majuli
• 5 Lakhimpur
• 1 Dhemaji
