All permission issued to organize mela, meetings, mass gatherings cancelled in Cachar

March 12: To reduce mass gathering to avoid the spread of COVID-19 Novel Corona virus disease all kinds of permission issued to the different individuals/groups to organise mela, public meeting, mass gathering are cancelled throughout the District of Cachar.

In view of Government instruction received from the Secretary to the Government of Assam, Social Welfare Department, Additional District Magistrate Sumit Sattawan IAS has issued an order in this connection. This was stated in a press release issued from DDIPR office, Silchar Assam.
