Orientation of Medical officers on Novel Coronavirus held at Silchar Civil Hospital

February 26: As part of the surveillance programme on Novel Coronavirus, an orientation of Medical Officers was held on Friday at the Conference Hall of S.M. Dev Civil Hospital, Silchar. The orientation programme was held under the Chairmanship of Dr. Sudip Jyoti Das, Joint Director of Health Services. The programme was organised by the National health Mission, District Health Society, Cachar.

The other officials present in workshop were Dr. Ajit Bhattacharjee, DSO, IDSP, Dr. Abhisek Gope, SMO (WHO), Suman Choudhury, District Media Expert, NHM, Gopi Chetia, Epidemiologist. Doctors from PHCs, CHOs and Model Hospitals were oriented on different aspects of Novel Coronavirus.
