Coronavirus: Medical team stationed at Guwahati airport to check passengers
January 31: Minister of State for Health and Family Welfare, Pijush Hazarika has informed that a medical team has been deployed at the busy Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in Guwahati to screen passengers of Coronavirus germs.

As per reports, two ambulances will stand outside the LGBI airport for emergency and an isolated ward is kept ready at the Gauhati Medical College and Hospital. An important meeting was conducted at the Airport Director office, LGBI Airport for preparedness to check coronavirus and SOP as well as modus operandi at Guwahati Airport on Friday morning.
