102 students participate in Yogashan Competition organised by Cachar Hindi Bhasi Chatra Parishad

September 1: The fourth phase of the month long programme was successfully organised by Cachar Hindi Bhasi Chatra Parishad. On Sunday, Yogashan Competition, in this connection was organised by the Parishad at Cachar High School, Itkhola, Silchar. 102 students representing various schools of Cachar district took part in this competition. The progamme is being organised in connection with the prestigious National Festival ‘Hindi Divas.’

The Yogashan Competition was conducted in three groups. Group A comprised of students upto Class IV. Students from Class V to VI were in Group B, whereas Group C comprised of students studying in Class 8 to X. Renowned Yoga Instructors Joydip Nath and Rahul Chakraborty were the judges of this competition.

The month long programme which started on 15 August, 2019 will come to an end on 14 September, 2019. The final programme on 14 September will be held at Gandhi Bhavan Silchar wherein a mega event in connection with celebration of ‘Hindi Divas’ will be jointly organised by Cachar Hindi Bhasi Chatra Parishad and ‘Akhil Assam Bhojpuri Parishad, Cachar at 2 PM.

Speaking to way2barak, Sanjeev Roy, President, Cachar Hindi Bhasi Chatra Parishad. Central Committee. Silchar said, “I would like to thank the ‘Core Team’ which has organised the ‘Yogashan Competition’ very successfully today. In the next phase, which will be held on 8 September, 2019, we will conduct ‘Recitation Competition’ at ‘Prayogic Hindi Vidyalaya ‘ Shillongpatty Silchar. We hope for maximun participation in this event too.”

The Coordinator of the ‘Yoga Competition’ Kamalesh Tewari along with Bandita Trivedi Roy, Sandip Shil, Nanda Roy, Sanjit Pandey, Dibendu Rabidas and Sanjeev Roy, President of the Parishad  worked hard to make the event a grand success.
