Cachar Border ASP Gaurav Kumar Agarwal transferred and posted as ADCP (Crime), Guwahati

July 3: Cachar Border ASP Gaurav Kumar Agarwal has been transferred and posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner of Police (Crime), Police Commissionerate, Guwahati. This transfer and posting is a part of a reshuffle done in the state police department by transferring and posting of six APS officers on 2 July, 2019 by the Assam government.

Guwahati Deputy Superintendent of Police , Special Branch, Nahid Karishma has been transferred and posted as DSP (HQ), Karbi Anglong while Karbi Anglong DSP (HQ) Dipjyoti Talukdar has been transferred and posted as SDPO Nazira.

Majuli ASP Gayatri Konwar has been transferred and posted as 2nd-in-Commandant, 1st APBn, Ligiripukhuri in Sivasagar whereas Nazira Sub-Divisional Police Officer Ananda Tokbi has been transferred and posted as the Additional Superintendent of Police in Majuli. Also, Lumding GRP DSP Dipankar Dutta Lahkar has been transferred and posted as Assistant Commandant of 4th APBn, Kahilipara in Guwahati.
