Assam University Students and Research Scholars Pay Tribute to Zubeen Garg
জুবিন গার্গের স্মরণে আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের পড়ুয়া ও গবেষকদের শ্রদ্ধাঞ্জলি

ওয়ে টু বরাক, ২০ সেপ্টেম্বর : কিংবদন্তি শিল্পী জুবিন গার্গের স্মৃতির প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা জানাতে শনিবার আসাম বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের পড়ুয়া ও পিএইচডি গবেষকদের উদ্যোগে একটি ঘরোয়া অনুষ্ঠানের আয়োজন করা হয়। অনুষ্ঠানে উপস্থিত সবাই প্রয়াত শিল্পী জুবিন গার্গের প্রতিকৃতিতে পুষ্পার্ঘ্য নিবেদন করে শ্রদ্ধা জানান এবং তাঁর স্মৃতির প্রতি সম্মান জানিয়ে এক মিনিট নীরবতা পালন করেন। প্রয়াত শিল্পীর কালজয়ী গান ও সমাজসেবামূলক কাজের কথা উল্লেখ করে বক্তব্য রাখেন সমাজকর্ম বিভাগের প্রধান অধ্যাপক তরুণ বিকাশ সুকাই।

এরপর বিশ্ববিদ্যালয়ের পড়ুয়ারা জুবিন গার্গের জনপ্রিয় বিভিন্ন গান পরিবেশন করেন। গান ও স্মৃতিচারণের মধ্য দিয়ে প্রিয় শিল্পীর প্রতি শ্রদ্ধা নিবেদন করেন তাঁরা। অনুষ্ঠানে জুবিন গার্গের সংগীত ও শিল্পীসত্তার প্রতি শিক্ষার্থী ও গবেষকদের গভীর ভালোবাসা ও শ্রদ্ধা প্রকাশ পায়।

Way2barak, September 20 : A small programme was organised by the students and PhD research scholars of Assam University to pay tribute to legendary artist Zubeen Garg and honour his memory.

During the programme, everyone present paid floral tribute to the portrait of the late artist and observed a minute of silence in his memory. Professor Tarun Bikash Sukai, Head of the Department of Social Work, spoke about Zubeen Garg’s timeless music and his contributions to social service.

Following this, the university students performed several popular songs of Zubeen Garg. Through music and remembrance, they paid heartfelt tribute to their beloved artist. The programme reflected the deep love and respect of the students and research scholars for Zubeen Garg’s musical legacy and artistic contributions.
