Maharshi Vidya Mandir Celebrated Hindi Diwas

way2barak, September 15: Like every year, this year too, on 14th September, Hindi Diwas was celebrated with great joy and enthusiasm at Maharshi Vidya Mandir.

The program began with the Principal of the school, Samita Dutta lighting the lamp along with chanting of mantras. On this special occasion, the Principal was felicitated by being presented with an Assamese Gamusa.

After that, the Principal Dutta in her speech extended her best wishes to everyone on Hindi Diwas and explained the importance of Hindi in detail.

The main attraction of this year’s program were the students of Vatika-2 and Vatika-3. Students from Vatika section to Class 8th won everyone’s heart by presenting poems, speeches and melodious songs.

On the occasion of Hindi Diwas, the teachers of the school recited their self-composed poems. The school’s teacher, Mrs. Jaya Bhattacharya, mesmerized everyone by singing ‘Saraswati Vandana’ in her melodious voice.

The program was successfully anchored by Mrs. Piyali Nath and Mrs. Aditi Bhattacharya. At the end of the program, Mrs. Bindu Singh expressed her gratitude and thanked everyone.
