SEBA to introduce a new Elective subject “Yoga and Physical Education” for class IX & X

way2barak, Dec.3: Board of Secondary Education (SEBA) Assam in a notification stated that the Board is going to introduce a new Elective subject “Yoga and Physical Education” with effect from the Academic Session 2023-2024. The subject will be introduced in Class IX and Class X consecutively in the session 2023-24 and 2024- 2025.

The syllabus of the new Elective subject “Yoga and Physical Education” will be available in the Curriculum and Syllabus of SEBA, 2023-24 and the textbook will be ready for Class IX w.e.f. from the session 2023-24. Schools and students interested may opt and register for this subject from the coming Academic Session.
