1 week Management Development Programme conducted for officers of Assam University

way2barak, Nov.20: Assam University, Silchar organized one Week Management Development Programme (MDP) for the officers of the University during 14th to 19th November 2022. The officers of Assam University, Silchar campus as well as Diphu campus participated in the MDP.

The resource persons highlighted on the latest management practices in their deliberation. The sessions were made participatory with the use of management games, team work, personality development test etc.  Vice Chancellor Prof. Rajive Mohan Pant also actively engaged in the conduct of a session encompassing motivation as well as stress management.

Registrar Dr P K  Nath mentioned that such types of Management Development Programme will really benefit the officers of the University. The faculty members of Business Administration department took two hours session each day. External experts from Defence HQ Training Institute,  New Delhi and Rastriya Raksha University, Gandhinagar also took classes during the MDP.
