30 found Covid+ve in Hailakandi on Sunday

Jan. 16: On Sunday, Hailakandi registered 30 (30 RAT & 00 RT-PCR) new COVID-19 cases. The district has altogether has 491 active COVID-19 cases. During the day, 291 RAT tests and 05 RT-PCR tests were done. 06 patients were discharged during the day. With this, the district tally of Covid cases has now reached 8,607 (both 1st & 2nd wave).

As of now, a total of 4,589 patients were discharged. It needs mention here that 66 persons were found positive in Hailakandi on Saturday. Till date, 51 persons died due to Covid-19 in Hailakandi district.  A total of 297 persons were vaccinated on Sunday.
