101 tests Covid-19 +ve in Assam on Thursday, 111 discharged & 2 deaths registered

Dec. 30: On Thursday, out of 26,543 tests, 101 persons were detected as COVID-19 positive in Assam. With this, the state tally of coronavirus has now gone upto 6,20,573. The positivity rate in the state is 0.38 percent. Kamrup (Metro) district registered 24 positive cases during the day. Further, on Thursday, 02 died in the state due to COVID-19. The death toll in the state stands at 6,164. The recovery rate is 98.66 percent. Also, 111 patients were discharged during the day. At present, there are 780 active cases in the state.

It needs mention here that on Wednesday, 115 persons tested positive in Assam and 02 deaths were registered.
