Only Covishield to be given at 2 centres in Silchar on 15 August

ওয়েটুবরাক, ১৪ আগস্ট: আগামীকাল রবিবার শিলচরের দুটি কেন্দ্রে কোভিশিল্ড ভ্যাকসিন দেওয়া হবে l শহরের বিলপার গ্রেভ ইয়ার্ড রোডের ললিতi দাস বালিকা বিদ্যালয় এবং শিলচর মালুগ্রামের শ্রীশ্রী রাধারমণ গোস্বামী হাই স্কুলে অন-স্পট রেজিস্ট্রেশনের মাধ্যমে কোভিশিল্ড ভ্যাকসিন দেওয়া হবে৷ প্রথম ডোজ ২৫০ টি করে এবং দ্বিতীয় ডোজ ১০০টি করে l রবিবার শিলচর শহরে আর কোনও কেন্দ্রে ভ্যাকসিন দেওয়া হবে না বলে জেলা জনসংযোগ জানিয়েছে।

Aug 14: Dr Reema Patao, Medical Officer of Urban Family Welfare Unit, Silchar on Saturday stated that on-spot vaccination session for those above 18 years of age will take place at two centres in Silchar on Sunday, where only Covishield will be provided. A total of 700 doses of Covishield will be administered on 15 August in Silchar town.

The 2 vaccination centres are:

1. Lalita Das Balika Vidyalay, Graveyard Road, Bilpar: Only on the basis of on-spot registration, a total of 250 doses of Covishield (1st dose) will be provided in this school on 15 August. Apart from this, 100 persons will also be given 2nd dose of Covishield.
2. Sri Sri Radharaman Goswami High School, Malugram: Similarly, in this school too, on the basis of on-spot registration, a total of 250 doses of Covishield (1st dose) will be provided on 15 August. Apart from this, 100 persons will also be given 2nd dose of Covishield.
