Best medal tally of India in the history of Olympics with 7 medals

Aug 7: It was indeed a proud moment for India on Saturday to register a gold medal in Javelin Throw. In 2021 Olympic Games, India bagged a total of six medals. This year in Tokyo, India recorded its best medal tally in the history of Olympics after winning seven medals. India won one gold, two silver and four bronze medals at Tokyo Olympics.
